Clinical Counseling

A confidential space to heal.

Clinical Counseling promotes trauma recovery and overall well-being. Our licensed therapists provide a safe, confidential, and compassionate space where survivors can process trauma, develop coping skills, and build a foundation for lasting healing.

Trauma changes the way we see ourselves, others, and the world. Our clinical counseling services are designed to meet survivors exactly where they are — without judgment, without pressure, and without a timeline. We understand that healing is not linear, and we are committed to walking alongside you for as long as it takes.

Our therapists are trained in evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities including EMDR, somatic therapy, cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and trauma-focused CBT. Every treatment plan is individualized, built around your unique history, goals, and pace. We offer individual therapy as well as marriage and family therapy, recognizing that trauma affects not only individuals but entire relational systems.

We believe that every person carries inherent strengths and resilience — even in the midst of deep pain. Our holistic, strengths-based approach honors the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. We work collaboratively with each survivor to create therapy plans that reflect their goals, values, and priorities, rather than imposing a one-size-fits-all model.

How We Help

Individual, Marriage & Family Therapy

We provide therapy tailored to survivors' unique needs — whether that means one-on-one sessions, couples counseling, or family therapy. Healing rarely happens in isolation, and we support the relational systems that matter most to you.

Trauma-Informed Care

Every aspect of our clinical work is grounded in an understanding of trauma's impact on the brain, body, and behavior. We prioritize safety, trust, and choice at every step — creating an environment where healing can actually begin.

Safety & Stabilization

Before deep trauma processing can occur, survivors need to feel safe and stable. We support emotional regulation, coping skills development, and resource building — laying the groundwork for sustainable recovery.

Holistic & Strengths-Based

We promote overall well-being while building on survivors' existing resilience. Our approach recognizes that you are more than your trauma — and that your strengths, values, and goals are central to your healing.

Collaborative & Individualized

We work with survivors — not for them. Therapy plans are developed collaboratively, reflecting each person's goals, priorities, and readiness. You remain the expert on your own life.

Empathetic & Nonjudgmental

Our therapists offer compassionate, attuned, and nonjudgmental care. Whatever you have experienced or however you have survived, you will be met with dignity and respect.

Who We Serve

Our clinical counseling services are available to adult survivors of sexual exploitation, trafficking, domestic violence, ritual abuse, and sexual trauma in the Colorado Springs area.
