Case Management

Navigating the path forward.

Case Management ensures access to services and stability. Our case managers walk alongside clients every step of the way — helping them access resources, coordinate care, and build a personalized plan for long-term stability and healing.

The path from crisis to stability is rarely straightforward. Survivors often face overlapping challenges — housing instability, legal proceedings, healthcare needs, financial barriers, and more — all at the same time. Case management exists to help make that path navigable, ensuring that no one has to figure it out alone.

Our case managers work one-on-one with clients to assess their needs, identify goals, and connect them with the right services — both within The Crossing Colorado and throughout the broader Colorado Springs community. We advocate on behalf of clients, coordinate between providers, and help ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

Case management is built on relationship. We get to know our clients as whole people, not just as a list of needs. We celebrate milestones, problem-solve setbacks, and remain a consistent, trusted presence throughout the healing journey — empowering survivors to understand their rights and make informed decisions about their own lives.

How We Help

Protect & Ensure Safety

We help survivors access safe housing, transportation, and emergency resources. Safety is not a one-time event — it requires ongoing attention, planning, and access to the right support at the right time.

Connect to Resources

We connect survivors with legal support, healthcare, and education and employment opportunities. Our case managers maintain deep knowledge of community resources and work to match each client with the services that best fit their needs and goals.

Resource Coordination & System Navigation

We connect survivors to community services and ensure continuity of care across providers. Navigating multiple systems simultaneously is exhausting and confusing — our case managers serve as a consistent guide and advocate throughout the process.

Rights Education & Empowerment

We inform survivors of their legal rights and support informed decision-making. Empowerment means having the knowledge and support to make choices that reflect your own values, goals, and priorities — not someone else's.

Who We Serve

Case management services are available to survivors of sexual exploitation, trafficking, and interpersonal abuse who are working toward long-term stability and healing in the Colorado Springs area.
