Case Manager

Position Overview
The Crossing Colorado is seeking a dedicated, organized, and compassionate Case Manager to join our client services team. In this role, you will walk alongside survivors of sexual exploitation, trafficking, and interpersonal abuse — helping them navigate complex systems, access resources, and build a personalized plan for long-term stability and healing. This is a relationship-centered role that requires both strong organizational skills and deep empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and develop individualized service plans in collaboration with clients
- Coordinate access to community resources including housing, legal aid, healthcare, employment, and financial assistance
- Provide advocacy on behalf of clients with external agencies, service providers, and systems
- Maintain regular, consistent contact with clients through in-person meetings, phone, and other communication
- Maintain accurate, timely case notes and documentation
- Collaborate with clinical and advocacy team members to deliver integrated, holistic care
- Participate in weekly team meetings and case consultations
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources
- Support clients in crisis situations and coordinate emergency resources as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in case management, social services, or a related field
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with survivors of sexual exploitation, trafficking, or domestic violence
- Familiarity with Colorado Springs community resources and service systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with case management software or electronic health records
