Case Manager

Position Overview

The Crossing Colorado is seeking a dedicated, organized, and compassionate Case Manager to join our client services team. In this role, you will walk alongside survivors of sexual exploitation, trafficking, and interpersonal abuse — helping them navigate complex systems, access resources, and build a personalized plan for long-term stability and healing. This is a relationship-centered role that requires both strong organizational skills and deep empathy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and develop individualized service plans in collaboration with clients
  • Coordinate access to community resources including housing, legal aid, healthcare, employment, and financial assistance
  • Provide advocacy on behalf of clients with external agencies, service providers, and systems
  • Maintain regular, consistent contact with clients through in-person meetings, phone, and other communication
  • Maintain accurate, timely case notes and documentation
  • Collaborate with clinical and advocacy team members to deliver integrated, holistic care
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and case consultations
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources
  • Support clients in crisis situations and coordinate emergency resources as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in case management, social services, or a related field
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with survivors of sexual exploitation, trafficking, or domestic violence
  • Familiarity with Colorado Springs community resources and service systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience with case management software or electronic health records
