Our Impact

Real lives. Real freedom.

Every dollar donated, every hour volunteered, every prayer offered — it translates into a survivor finding safety, healing, and hope. Here's what that looks like.

What's Working

The mission is moving forward.

Survivors are finding freedom.

Clients who complete our counseling program report significant reductions in trauma symptoms and measurable gains in safety, stability, and self-worth.

Housing instability is being reversed.

Through our housing navigation services, we've helped survivors move from homelessness or unsafe living situations into stable, secure housing.

Careers are being launched.

Our career empowerment program has helped survivors enter or re-enter the workforce — building financial independence and long-term freedom.

Community and healing

Why It Matters

The need in Colorado Springs is real.

Colorado is among the top states in the country for human trafficking activity. Colorado Springs, as a major hub along I-25, is not immune. Survivors in our community face significant barriers to accessing trauma-informed care — and most have nowhere to turn.

The Crossing Colorado fills that gap. We are one of the few organizations in the region offering a full continuum of trauma-informed care — from crisis response to long-term counseling to housing and career support — all at no cost to survivors.
