Clinical Director

Abby Randall

Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, MAMH

I believe in the power of a safe, trusting relationship to foster healing and transformation. My passion is in supporting those whose lives have been impacted by sexual trauma, exploitation, and abuse. Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, dissociation, addiction, grief, relational struggles, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or a sense of unworthiness—your story matters, and you don’t have to walk through it alone. As Clinical Director at The Crossing Colorado, I am committed to creating a space where you are truly seen, heard, and respected, just as you are.

At the heart of my work is the belief that you are more than what has happened to you—and that healing is not only possible, but deeply deserved. I specialize in supporting individuals currently or formerly involved in the sex industry, as well as survivors of sexual abuse, trafficking, domestic violence, and ritual abuse. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and holistic, guided by compassion, creativity, and a deep respect for each person’s journey.

In my role, I strive to foster a therapeutic environment that prioritizes safety, integrity, and connection. I am here to walk alongside you, offering support, tools, and space for healing to unfold in your own time and in a way that feels authentic to you. Healing is a collaborative journey—one that honors your resilience and makes room for hope, growth, and meaningful change.
