Abby Randall

Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, MAMH

As the Clinical Director of The Crossing Colorado, my heart is to create a compassionate and trusting space where every person feels seen, supported, and safe to heal and grow. With over a decade of experience working in the anti-trafficking field, I specialize in supporting individuals impacted by sexual trauma, exploitation, and abuse—including those currently or formerly involved in the sex industry, and survivors of trafficking, domestic violence, and ritual abuse.

My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and holistic, grounded in deep compassion and respect for each person’s story. Drawing on years of trauma-informed counseling experience, I provide a calm, grounded, and compassionate presence. Whatever you’re carrying, it’s okay to let it out—it won’t overwhelm or scare me. Together, we can begin to make sense of what feels overwhelming so that healing can take place.

I believe that every person is more than what they’ve endured—and that hope is always available.
